Meeting between Muslim Brotherhood, Hamas and Yusuf Qaradawi in Gaza

A senior member of the Muslim Brotherhood’s Guidance Bureau in Egypt expressed support for Hamas during a visit to Gaza on Wednesday.

Abderrahman Al-Bar, who is visiting Gaza with a delegation headed by radical Muslim Brotherhood cleric Yusuf al-Qaradawi and representatives of the International Union of Muslim Scholars (IUMS), delivered the greetings of Mohammad Badie, the General Guide of the Muslim Brotherhood, to Hamas leaders.

I report to you the greetings of the General Guide of the Muslim Brotherhood and all of his brothers and our brothers in Egypt,” Al-Bar said. “They are all yearning to be in this meeting and they are behind you with food and supply.”

Al-Bar also expressed his “overwhelming happiness to be in the company of the Mujahid Imam, Dr. Yusuf al-Qaradawi,” and to “meet our brothers and beloved ones and the symbol of Jihad in this time.”

Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh described Qaradawi as “The Sheik of the Arab spring” and suggested that his visit a step toward the liberating all Palestinian land from the Israelis. The visit is “a first step towards Al-Quds, a first step towards Al-Aqsa, a first step towards Palestine — all Palestine,” he said.

During the meeting with Hamas, Dr. Salah Sultan, an anti-Semitic media personality and head of the Jerusalem committee of the IUMS, said, “We hope, with the Will of God almighty, that this significant visit announces the inauguration of a project to liberate al-Quds [Jerusalem] and Palestine.”

Qaradawi, who recently boycotted an interfaith conference in Doha because he refuses to dialogue with Jews, reportedly said yesterday, “This land has never once been a Jewish land. Palestine is for the Arab Islamic nation.”

Qaradawi On Doha Interfaith Conference: Keep Jews Out!

Radical Muslim Brotherhood cleric Yusuf al-Qaradawi derided the 10th annual Doha interfaith conference held in Qatar last week for including Jews.qaradawi-doha

During his April 26 Friday sermon at the Omar Bin al-Khattab Mosque in Doha, Qaradawi said he decided to boycott the conference because he cannot dialogue with Jews. “…I cannot be with [sic] a conference that includes the oppressor Jews,” Qaradawi said.

No way I will put my hand in their hands,” Qaradawi added. “Their hands are soiled with blood. Their hands are the hands of killing, the hands of tyranny and the hands of injustice. I cannot contaminate my hands by putting it in their hands.”

Qaradawi initially announced his intention to boycott the conference in an interview with the Qatari daily newspaper Al-Arab on April 22. “I decided to not participate, so that I would not sit with the Jews on one platform… the Jews are usurping Palestine and al-Aqsa Mosque and destroying the houses of God…” Qaradawi told Al-Arab reporter.

In the same interview, Qaradawi criticized all efforts to have a dialogue with other religious groups, claiming they are useless.

Qaradawi previously declined to participate in the 8th annual Doha conference in 2011. In a statement released by Qaradawi’s office at that time, he reportedly said, “How can we conduct a dialogue in a time when they seize lands, shed blood, burn farms, and demolish houses? Palestine’s conundrum has to be resolved first before we sit together at the same table.”

Qaradawi, who heads The International Union of Muslim Scholars, has garnered worldwide appeal through a wide network of associations and by making use of various media outlets. Through his speeches and writings, Qaradawi has demonstrated consistent support of terrorist groups that seek to undermine a peaceful resolution of the Palestinian-Israeli conflict.

Egypt-Based Group Shows Children Preparing To Fight Zionists And Jews

An Egypt-based group affiliated with radical Muslim Brotherhood ideologue, Sheik Yusuf al-Qaradawi, has released a new video showing children being taught to fight and kill Israelis.

The video, released yesterday by Al-Aqsa Trustees Movement, an organization that describes its mission as “raising new generations to liberate Jerusalem,” was created to show the types of activities organized by the group’s Aqsa Child Committee.

The video depicts what appear to be kindergarten-aged children in Egypt angrily cursing, attacking and beheading cardboard cutouts of Israeli soldiers with Stars of David on their heads.

The Al-Aqsa Trustees Movement is headed by anti-Semite Salah Sultan, the head the of the Jerusalem committee of the International Union of Muslim Scholars, which was founded by al-Qaradawi. The Trustees Movement was founded, according Sultan, “to create a new generation who will carry the trust of Al-Aqsa in the face of Jews…We hope that the young men and young women of this Ummah will join us.”

The video starts with a written introduction stating: “After the children learned about Al-Aqsa Mosque and what the Jews did to it, they went to kill the Zionists and liberate the Mosque.” The children are then shown engaging in a game where they attack human shaped cardboard cutouts of Israeli soldiers with Stars of David on their heads.

At the end of the video, one child is shown carrying the head of one of the cardboard Israeli soldier and saying, “Look how the Zionist soldier ended.” A teacher then tells the children, “play kids, play,” and says “look how he tramples him,” referring to one child who steps on one of the cardboard soldiers. Another teacher is heard saying “hit him, hit.”

Those interested in joining the Al-Aqsa Trustees Movement are required to fill out an application form and pledge allegiance to the group’s programs, according to its Facebook page. 200 applicants have apparently already been accepted, according to the page.

According to Hager Al-Oshary, a member of the group’s Executive Committee, the group has previously organized activities at Cairo University, including a rally to “remind the Arab Youth about their duty towards the Palestinian cause.”
